How do I reserve my hotel room?

The reservation process we have established is very simple.

After you select a preferable Country, City, dates of stay, number of rooms and currency press Search Hotels or Check Availability. You will find room availability on your selected City on preferable dates and their rates per one night per room and total amount of stay. You have to click the book it button to begin the reservation process. Then check the order description and Confirm Booking. This means the room in this hotel is currently available and you will receive confirmation immediately once you submit your request.

We then require you to submit a reservation form with your credit card details on our next secure page.

No. We are a system that provides services and hotel room reservations and managing an accurate database on the availability of free rooms in the asked hotel. Thus, you will receive a confirmation from us proves that your reservation is already confirmed by the Hotel.

I tried to review/change or cancel the reservation but I keep getting a message saying my Order ID and Pin mismatch. What should I do?


If your reservation payment is approved, we will send you an email with a link to get your Voucher. Please print it out, as you will need to present it upon check-in at the hotel. In case of any questions please contact our Customer care.

What should I do if I don't receive a voucher or get lost it?


Please access My Booking, and login to our system by your Order ID and Pincode as given in the confirmation message. After you login to the system, click button."Print Voucher".

This Voucher must be printed and shown to the hotel reception.

Does your reservation system offer late-night check-in times?


Yes, you can request a late check-in at the time of your reservation, but it is always good insurance to call the hotel directly and let them know that you will be arriving late.
Hotel phone number and address can be found in the received Voucher.

To cancel a reservation, please access My Booking, link and login to our system by Order ID si PinCod, as given in the confirmation letter. Then, click Cancel button. You will receive auto-response cancellation confirmation email.
